Once you have chosen your holiday home, you must then select on which part of the estate you would like to be situated.
The Pines which is exclusively for new 12 feet wide caravans, which must cost in excess of £45,000.00. Swn Y Mor our new development is for lodges. Unfortunately this development is now full.
As for the main part of the Estate you can have any size caravan that you require, new or used (dependant on age) as well as subject to plot size. (New caravans only on the front overlooking the sand dunes).
The cost for a new caravan to be sited on The Main Park or on The Pines is £3000.00 inclusive of VAT.
Siting costs do not include delivery charges. Which varies on the size of the unit and whether they need to be assembled (ie Lodges).
This price includes: All mains connections, TV Aerial, 2 Gas Cylinders and a set of Steps.
Decking if required can be arranged at an additional cost.
