Booking Process

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID 19 SITUATION WE ARE NOT OPENING OUR CAMPING FIELD OR CARAVAN HIRE FLEET FOR THIS YEAR. NOR ARE WE TAKING ANY NEW BOOKINGS FOR THIS YEAR.

Here is a guide for you in booking your holiday with us. Please follow these steps to complete your booking.

  1. Contact the office to check availability/prices: Call the office on 01341247220 if you would like to enquire regarding a specific pitch. Or you can email us if you are happy for us to allocate any available pitch for you.
  2. Read Terms and Conditions: Once you have been allocated a pitch please read the appropriate terms and conditions on our website. This is essential before filling in the booking forms, as by signing the booking forms you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  3. Send in Booking Form: Once you have filled in and signed the booking form you then need to send this to us in the office. You can either post or scan and email this back to us. The address and email can be found on the locations and contact section of the website.
  4. Payment: Once we have received your booking form a 25% deposit will be required to secure your pitch, with the full amount being due 4 weeks before you are due to arrive. You can either pay us via card over the phone or via cheque sent in through the post.
  5. Once we have received payment you will be sent a booking confirmation. You are required to bring this with you when you arrive to check in. PLEASE ENSURE TO BRING THIS WITH YOU. IT IS YOUR ONLY PROOF OF PAYMENT.
