Please note connection fees are not applicable to holiday homes purchased directly from our stock. There will be a variety of plots available to you dependant on size and age of your holiday home. You can receive more details on these by contacting us in the office.

Deposit of 10% is required to secure the purchase of the holiday home. With the balance needing to be paid in full before you can make use of your holiday home. Payment to be made by BACS or DEBIT Card please.
